Hear about what brought them to Applied Intuition, what’s kept them interested, and their advice to potential candidates.   About the role You will streamline developer workflows and deployment infrastructure for complex automotive systems, identifying friction to improve velocity and reliability. By building robust HIL/SIL validation pipelines and leveraging cloud-based CI/CD, you will evolve the tooling and automation platforms necessary to scale modern embedded software development across the entire lifecycle. At Applied Intuition, you will: Design, build, and improve the tools, libraries, and frameworks for our engineering team Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines for embedded and automotive software, including SIL and HIL test environments Build and test scalable tools for deploying to various automotive and cloud platforms Optimize our compile/build times using tools like Bazel, CMake, Docker Improve software deployment and data collection frameworks Identify and solve bottlenecks within our software stack We're looking for someone who has: 2+ years of relevant experience A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent Some experience using Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin Experience working in automotive. Experience with CI, build, and deployment technologies like Bazel, Buildkite, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, and comfortability with scripting for automation Experience in embedded systems, automotive simulation, or xIL (MIL/SIL/HIL) testing. Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and automotive toolchains like dSPACE (VEOS, ControlDesk) or ETAS or Vector toolchains. Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and AUTOSAR architectures Experience with Linux and/or ARM systems Nice to have: Experience using C and C++ Experience working in any other related industries.
