This cross-functional team collaborates across operations, finance, and engineering to ensure seamless equipment delivery, trade compliance, and operational resilience worldwide.</p> <h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>As the Senior Global Supply Chain Manager – EMEA, you will design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimise cost, service, risk, and sustainability across our expanding international operations. In this varied, hands-on role, you will oversee logistics coordination, inventory management, trade compliance, and supplier performance while navigating complex country-specific customs, VAT regimes, and incoterms. You will partner closely with Data Centre Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Capacity teams to align delivery schedules with site readiness, safeguard against tax exposure, and drive cross-functional initiatives in logistics optimisation and digital transformation.</p> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain management, including demonstrated leadership experience.</li> <li>Strong expertise in procurement, global logistics, demand planning, and supply chain analytics within multi-regional operations.</li> <li>Solid working knowledge of international trade compliance, customs clearance procedures, incoterms, and regional VAT/duty structures.</li> <li>Proven proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and modern supply chain planning software.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing supply chain risk mitigation frameworks, safety stock policies, and business continuity plans.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li> <li>Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, ISM, or Six Sigma.</li> <li>Experience managing multi-regional suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers within tech infrastructure or data centre environments.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Wondering if you're a good fit?</strong></h2> <p>We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diversified experiences to our teams—even if you do not match 100% of the listed criteria.</p> <ul> <li><strong>You love to:</strong> Optimise complex international supply chains, solve international trade hurdles, and lead cross-functional projects.</li> <li><strong>You're curious about:</strong> Supply chain digital transformation, international VAT and incoterm structures, and scaling hyper-growth infrastructure.</li> <li><strong>You're an expert in:</strong> End-to-end supply chain execution, international trade compliance, supplier management, and logistics planning.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why CoreWeave?</strong></h2> <p>At CoreW
