You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, Commercial, Partnerships, Governance and Market teams to deliver scalable, high-impact products that create measurable business value and strong adoption.</p> <p>The successful candidate will combine disciplined product management with experience in data products, AI, commercialization, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership. The final role level will reflect the scope of the position and the experience of the successful candidate.</p> <p><strong><u>Why we’re hiring</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>To establish and execute a clear product strategy for WPP’s Agentic Data Platform.</li> <li>To turn complex data and AI capabilities into scalable products that solve meaningful business and customer problems.</li> <li>To connect product investment, adoption and commercialization with measurable value across WPP’s global network.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What you’ll be doing</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple data platform products and initiatives.</li> <li>Translate customer, user, market and business needs into clear product priorities and outcomes.</li> <li>Lead products through discovery, validation, development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, Commercial, Partnerships, Governance and Market teams to deliver high-quality products.</li> <li>Define success measures and use data to track adoption, value, quality, cost and commercial performance.</li> <li>Develop product economics and commercialization approaches, balancing customer value, business objectives, speed, quality and scalability.</li> <li>Advance AI, agent and workflow automation opportunities through responsible experimentation, while ensuring appropriate governance, privacy, security and data quality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How your time may be focused</strong></p> <p>The role is expected to be approximately&nbsp;<strong>70% individual contribution and 30% leadership/management</strong>,
