This is a remote role based in Europe (preferred hubs: London, Berlin, Copenhagen, or Helsinki). In this role, you’ll help us lead the Corporate Services Sourcing team for the Deliveroo and Wolt brands, driving strategic category management and delivering commercial value across a multi-million-pound indirect spend portfolio.</p><p></p><p>Get to know our <a target="_blank" class="ng-star-inserted" href="https://careers.deliveroo.co.uk/the-finance-team/">Finance</a> team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.</p><p></p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><p>You’ll be joining the Global Sourcing team within our Global Procurement organization, reporting into the Director, Head of Global Strategic Sourcing. You will lead a team of five (5) managing a broad portfolio across EMEA (including Professional Services, Global Security, Facilities/Real Estate, BPO, HR/Benefits, and Contingent Workforce), while partnering with the DoorDash Corporate Services team to capture global enterprise synergies.</p><p></p><p>Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p><p></p><p>Category Strategy &amp; Leadership</p><ul><li><p><strong>Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team</strong> of five, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and building capability across the Corporate Services portfolio.</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Build and execute multi-year category strategies</strong> that increase category maturity, optimise total cost of ownership (TCO), and unlock value beyond traditional cost savings.</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Partner with DoorDash sourcing leads</strong> to align global category strategies, leverage enterprise scale across brands, and capture cross-regional synergies.</p><p></p></li></ul><p>Execution &amp; Supplier Management</p><ul><li><p><strong>Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle</strong> for high-stakes corporate procurement, including data analysis, RFx creation, proposal evaluation, and complex contract negotiations (MSAs/SOWs).</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point</strong> for executive stakeholders across G&amp;A functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Security) and core business lines.</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Establish best-in-class supplier ecosystems</strong>, tracking performance, SLAs, and supplier risk while embedding ethical and sustainable sourcing (ESG) practices.</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives</strong>, championing new tooling, AI-driven sourcing workflows, and continuous process improvements.</p><p></p></li></ul><h3>What You’ll Need to Thrive</h3><p>Essential</p><ul><li><p><strong>Significant experience in Corporate Services Sourcing</strong>, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic category plans across indirect spend categories.</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Demonstrated people management capability</strong>, with experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sourcing professionals.</p><p></p></li><li><p><strong>Strong commercial and negotiation acumen</strong>, with proven ability to structure and negotiate complex
