<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About The Team:</span></strong><br>As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leading a team of Facilities colleagues, you'll inspire high performance, deliver against key KPIs and objectives, and ensure the site operates to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1jh6prp" data-start="28" data-end="179">Lead, motivate, and develop the Facilities &amp; Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance and help every colleague reach their full potential.</li> <li data-section-id="6lt1cq" data-start="180" data-end="303">Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment.</li> <li data-section-id="quqzkb" data-start="304" data-end="444">Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.</li> <li data-section-id="o6xcnk" data-start="445" data-end="578">Act as the first point of contact for colleague queries, working closely with HR, Training, and other support teams where required.</li> <li data-section-id="17cbdgv" data-start="579" data-end="688">Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, reliability, and efficiency.</li> <li data-section-id="xlucbk" data-start="689" data-end="837">Lead facilities procurement activities, including tendering and RFP processes, to secure best value and effective facilities management solutions.</li> <li data-section-id="1ti84o8" data-start="838" data-end="963">Implement and optimise central Building Management System (BMS) dashboards to improve visibility, control, and performance.</li> <li data-section-id="1kollsx" data-start="964" data-end="1090">Manage facilities and maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities to maximise value while maintaining service excellence.</li> <li data-section-id="1hcnu7f" data-start="1091" data-end="1243">Build strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating contracts and negotiating commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.</li> <li data-section-id="ekskyz" data-start="1244" data-end="1404">Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges to the Facilities &amp; Maintenance senior leadership team where appropriate.</li> <li data-section-id="1ky8w78" data-start="1405" data-end="1526">Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and all relevant company policies.</li> <li data-section-id="6enake" data-start="1527" data-end="1735">Champion a culture of Food Safety and Health &amp; Safety, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and recognised standards, including BRCGS and ISO, while promoting a proactive approach to risk management.</li> <li data-section-id="sktqr3" data-start="1736" data-end="1888">Conduct regular audits, track corrective actions, and drive continuous compliance across Food Safety, Health &amp; Safety, and other regulatory standards.</li> <li data-section-id="1cbb8wo" data-start="1889" data-end="2071" data-is-last-node="">Promote a strong safety culture by reporting incidents promptly, encouraging colleagues to raise concerns, and taking responsibility for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p> <p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="23" data-end="36"><strong data-start="23" data-end="36">Essential</strong></p>
