Your expertise and insights will be critical in identifying local market needs while ensuring alignment with global standards, processes, and priorities.</p> <p>Success in this role will require exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, together with the ability to build alignment, influence change, and navigate complexity. You will be expected to engage confidently with senior leadership, present clear recommendations, and communicate progress and outcomes effectively.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to help shape how we work across markets outside North America (NAM), driving greater integration, consistency, and operational effectiveness.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Drive Process Improvement</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify gaps and breakdowns, and propose actionable improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design and implement streamlined, efficient processes that can scale with our business.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure processes align with global standards and frameworks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track adoption and impact, utilizing feedback and data to refine processes as necessary.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and resolve issues that lead to confusion, duplication, or unnecessary effort.</p> </li> <li> <p>Serve as a key point of contact for teams seeking clarity on processes and operational methods.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with global counterparts to establish consistent roles, processes, and operational methods across markets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Advocate for the needs of markets outside NAM in global process design and prioritization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build stakeholder alignment
