In Partnerships, graduates work directly with some of the world’s biggest digital platforms - like TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat - playing a key role in strengthening relationships, enabling joint initiatives, and driving partner success.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Hands-on exposure to our Partnerships:</strong> Working directly with the platforms such as Tiktok, Meta and Snap, you will build commercial acumen, develop strategic communication skills, and gain a deep understanding of how the digital advertising ecosystem works.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Exposure</strong>: With support, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a visible impact early on, it’s the ideal launchpad for ambitious graduates looking to break into the world of ad tech and strategic partnerships.</li> <li><strong>Comprehensive Training</strong>: In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum covering essential topics such as Business Storytelling, Relationship Building, Market Research &amp; Product and Financial Management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Partnerships Executive</strong>, you'll join a high-impact team focused on enabling, scaling, and deepening Fospha’s relationships with the platforms that power digital marketing.</p> <p>This is a graduate-level role designed to develop future leaders. You’ll be hands-on with major ad platforms, supporting both strategic execution and day-to-day coordination. You’ll also work closely with internal teams - especially Marketing, Product and our Customer Teams - to make sure our partners have what they need to help customers grow.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting our partner managers in coordinating with Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and others</li> <li>Preparing decks, talking points and training sessions to enable partner sales teams</li> <li>Tracking and reporting on partner performance and engagement</li> <li>Liaising across internal teams to keep initiatives moving and aligned</li> <li>Owning communications or enablement efforts for specific territories or smaller partners</li> <li>Researching and initiating contact with emerging or long-tail partners</li> <li>In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen Ai hub!</li> </ul> <p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p> <p>We hire for potential – you don’t need a technical degree or marketing background.
