Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Center Risk and Assurance, this role ensures that all Data Center Security designs, controls, and operational practices tied to the company’s audit and customer requirements across CoreWeave’s global data center footprint meet defined security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational expectations. This role will also support new site selection, physical security due diligence, and initial risk evaluation for the EMEA region.</p> <p>This Program Manager will own the Data Center Security-specific audit framework, oversee comprehensive risk and assurance audits within our operations sites, and partner closely with Security Design, Operations, Legal, and Engineering teams to validate adherence to CoreWeave and its partners’ security objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of physical and operational audit scope, an eye for control assurance, scalability, and strong cross-functional influence in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.</p> <h2><strong>About the role:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Represent CoreWeave’s Data Center Security Operations team, ensuring all DC Security controls and processes align with internal standards, customer contractual requirements, and external regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).</li> <li>Audit &amp; Assessments: Plan and lead independent internal audits and control validations across CoreWeave’s data center network; deliver actionable findings and track remediation, ensuring timely treatment.</li> <li>Operational Assurance: Partner with Data Center Operations, Security Design, Security Operations, and Technical Program Management teams to verify that physical security controls are implemented, maintained, and effective.</li> <li>Site Selection Due Diligence: Conduct physical security due diligence for site selection, ensuring appropriate security requirements are included in Master Service Agreements and other lease contracts, collaborating with Site Selection and Legal teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Post Lease or Build Contract Execution: This role informs and collaborates with the Security Design and Security Operations teams to communicate site security requirements.</li> <li>Metrics and Reporting: Ensure assessments and audit evidence are managed and reported in accordance with CoreWeave controls compliance mechanisms to track control health, audit outcomes, and risk trends.</li> <li>Collaboration &amp; Influence: Build strong relationships with internal partners, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive risk management throughout the data center lifecycle.</li> <li>Emerging Risk Monitoring: Stay current with evolving threat landscapes, compliance standards, and industry best practices to ensure CoreWeave’s
