DACH is our strongest and fastest-growing market — and we are now adding dedicated marketing capacity to keep that momentum going. Tasks What you’ll do Run demand generation for DACH — from campaign to qualified pipeline. Build campaigns from real customer evidence, not guesswork. Restart our presence in the AEC trade press with strong customer stories. Optimize our website and demand-capture paths for conversion. Run our trade-fair and event presence across the region. Keep marketing and sales tightly aligned on pipeline. Requirements What you bring B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction-tech / AEC software or technical SaaS. Full-stack demand-gen skills: digital, content, events, conversion. Confidence with data and CRM. Native German and business-fluent English.
