You'll step into a fast evolving function, owning our global influencer marketing strategy across channels — and have real autonomy to shape how we grow influencer as a discipline at Flix. About the Role Strategy Development & Execution Serve as the global point of contact for all influencer marketing activity — the go-to expert for internal teams and regional stakeholders Lead the development and execution of the global influencer marketing strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with Brand objectives and Marketing goals Create scalable, innovative strategies to grow influencer partnerships, increase brand awareness, and drive conversion across multiple digital platforms Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on performance, market trends, and consumer insights Influencer Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers across all tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity), ensuring long-term collaboration and brand loyalty Manage and negotiate partnerships with key high-impact influencers and brand ambassadors — tapping into new audiences, exploring new channels, content formats, and avenues for communication Stay ahead of emerging trends in the influencer landscape and identify new opportunities that elevate the brand Campaign Planning & Execution Lead planning and execution of diverse influencer campaigns: from always-on collaborations to key brand engagement initiatives, occasion-driven, or market-specific campaigns Collaborate with internal teams (Organic & Paid Social, Brand, Media, Communications, Partnerships) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives and ensure cross-channel consistency Own the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimising spend across campaigns Oversee campaign execution — ensuring creative consistency, stakeholder alignment, timely delivery, and performance tracking with actionable insights About You 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful global campaigns (agency and/or client-side) Strong expertise in influencer marketing, content creation, community management, and emerging social media trends Well-established network of influencers, creators, and industry stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across multiple international markets, with strong cultural awareness of key regions including DE, US, UK, IT, Benelux, and FR Excellent communication, presentation, and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, lean, and dynamic environments.
