You will be responsible for writing custom SQL views that merge data between disparate systems in our data lake, then transforming this data into elegant dashboards that enable all levels of Metrea to manage their relevant Capability Areas and FILES.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain curated Gold-layer data models that provide trusted, analytics-ready data for enterprise reporting and decision-making</li> <li>Define, standardize, and govern KPIs, business metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistent reporting across the organization</li> <li>Design and implement dimensional data models and star schemas optimized for analytics and reporting</li> <li>Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models, transformation logic, and reporting solutions</li> <li>Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs</li> <li>Design and optimize datasets and semantic models for Power BI performance, usability, and scalability</li> <li>Establish and maintain documentation for data definitions, business rules, data lineage, and model relationships</li> <li>Inventory, catalog, and organize existing Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytics assets to improve discoverability, governance, and reduce duplication</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Application Development, Data Analytics or related technical experience</li> <li>BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Scientist, or a technical degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>A visionary mindset and desire to handle wicked problems</li> <li>Proven ability to estimate and calculate project ROI</li> <li>3+ years of PowerBI report writing and SQL development</li> <li>2+ years of Azure exposure</li> <li>Experience interacting and setting up Microsoft Fabric</li> <li
