You will serve as the first point of contact for labor law inquiries, manage HR administration, and support operations. Your expertise in HR operations will help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.</em></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Support employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Handle administrative HR tasks, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Assist in developing and optimizing HR processes for efficiency and scalability.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance the overall employee experience.</em></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Skills</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Profound experience with HR administration, payroll processes, and labor laws.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a people-first mindset.</em></li> <li style="font-style: italic;">Fluent English and German, preferably at C1/C2 lev
