You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve processes, strengthen financial controls, and support scalable finance operations.</p> <p><strong>Location: Oxford UK</strong></p> <p><em>This role is a hybrid position that requires 1 day per week in our Oxford office.</em></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support daily and month-end Order-to-Cash accounting processes across multiple products and payment platforms.</li> <li>Perform high-volume data reconciliations across financial systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Apply accounting principles to analyse transactional activity, prepare reconciliations, and support accurate financial reporting.</li> <li>Partner with Finance Systems, Engineering, Product, Sales Operations, FP&amp;A, and Customer Operations to resolve accounting and billing issues and improve business processes.</li> <li>Support finance system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new processes and system improvements.</li> <li>Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and other month-end close activities.</li> <li>Document, maintain, and improve financial processes and internal controls.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to audit requests.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the efficiency and scalability of finance operations.</li> <li>Other general accounting projects and month-end close work as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, or a related role.</li> <li>Experience working with ERP platforms such as Workday and CRM systems such as Salesforce.</li> <li>Experience supporting B2C Order-to-Cash processes in a high-volume transaction environment.</li> <li>Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Power Query, Alteryx, or other data analysis and automation tools.</li> <li>Experience participating in finance systems implementations, process automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Experience supporting audits and maintaining strong financial controls.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.</li> <li>Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li> <li>Experience supporting high-volume transactional finance or Order-to-Cash processes.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues.</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas, and working with large datasets.</li> <li>Strong systems aptitude and an interest in financial systems and process improvement.</li> <li>Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder manage
