This is why the successful performance of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is highly important.</p> <p>As a Senior TA Specialist, you will contribute to reaching the team’s main goal: attracting and employing the right talent for Vinted, while ensuring a great candidate experience. You will do this by applying your strong hiring competencies, effectively partnering with your Hiring Managers, leveraging innovative approaches, implementing best hiring practices, and collaborating with other teams on various projects.</p> <p>You’ll support either our Group &amp; Marketplace business units, covering Community Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal and People, or our Vinted Pay &amp; VintedGo business units, covering AML/Compliance, Business &amp; Commercial and Logistics, with your focus shifting based on business needs.</p> <p>If you're excited to contribute to our team's efforts in supporting our organisation's growth, we would love to meet you.</p> <p>Note. This role is offered as a 12-months fixed-term contract initially. There may be an opportunity for the position to be made permanent in the future, depending on business needs.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>In this position, you’ll&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, prioritise critical hiring needs, and shape recruitment processes for best results</li> <li>Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers; including senior-level as well as highly specialised roles</li> <li>At times you may work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Support Specialists to maintain hiring alignment, ensure efficient assessment and selection processes, deliver hiring objectives, and provide ongoing mentoring support
