You'll combine hands-on sourcing with strategic thinking, continuously testing new approaches, improving conversion and building repeatable processes that make expert acquisition faster, smarter and more scalable.</span><br><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and the wider Human Data Operations team, you'll help ensure we can rapidly build high-quality expert communities that meet evolving customer demand.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Success isn't measured by how many people you recruit. It's measured by how effectively you build scalable acquisition systems that consistently deliver exceptional experts.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(126, 140, 141);"><em>What you’ll bring to the role</em></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We're looking for someone who thinks like an acquisition builder rather than a traditional recruiter.</span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">7+ years' experience building acquisition strategies for specialist talent, expert communities or difficult-to-reach professional audiences.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience working within marketplaces, expert networks, crowdsourcing platforms, talent platforms or other two-sided ecosystems is highly desirable.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A proven track record of building scalable sourcing strategies rather than simply executing existing recruitment processes.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong experience sourcing specialist or technical audiences across multiple domains or geographies.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience improving acquisition funnels through experimentation, conversion optimisation and data-driven decision making.</span></l
