<h6><span data-contrast="auto">As Studio Director, you will lead the end-to-end operation of&nbsp;Suitsupply's&nbsp;photo studio, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality visual assets across every customer touchpoint. You will drive operational excellence through process optimization, resource planning, and technology enablement, partnering closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Production teams. This role calls for a strong operational mindset,&nbsp;balancing&nbsp;quality, speed, cost, and capacity while&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;opportunities to simplify processes and increase productivity. You will own the studio's technology roadmap, including AI-driven solutions, and lead a cross-functional network of photographers, stylists,&nbsp;retouchers, and producers.
