<p>The <strong>Senior Project Manager, Technical Services</strong> is responsible for orchestrating Duetto's most complex global implementations and migrations, acting as central project owner and trusted advisor to mid-sized-to-enterprise and highly complex customers. This role serves as a strategic bridge across time zones, managing overlapping multi-property engagements while absorbing planning and decision-making that current cross-region coverage cannot sustain. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Orchestrate</strong> strategic project delivery across overlapping, multi-property implementation and migration engagements — including delivery-date sequencing, workload smoothing, and portfolio-level planning across concurrent projects.</li> <li><strong>Direct</strong> end-to-end deployment of enterprise and highly complex customer projects from kickoff through go-live.</li> <li><strong>Establish</strong> and maintain client relationships, navigating difficult conversations with senior client leadership as needed.</li> <li><strong>Anticipate,</strong> document, and escalate project risks to ensure timely mitigation.</li> <li><strong>Standardize</strong> workflows and best practices to support consistent, scalable delivery.</li> <li><strong>Architect</strong> cross-timezone coverage strategy, absorbing strategic planning and decision-making that current regional coverage cannot sustain.</li> <li><strong>Mentor</strong> and develop project management capability across the regional teams, building structured upskilling toward more strategic project ownership.</li> <li><strong>Perform</strong> other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <p><em>You may be a good fit if you have the following:</em></p> <ul> <li>6-8 years Project management experience, ideally delivering revenue management or adjacent platform implementations, like PMS or CRS.</li> <li>Hands-on revenue management experience — you understand RM as both art and science, and how it drives real business decisions, not just as a concept you've read about</li> <li>Strong fluency with a project management platform (<a href="http://monday.com">monday.com</a> preferred) and the ability to make it work at scale for large, complex&nbsp; multi-stakeholder customer projects</li> <li>An AI-forward working style — you already look for ways to use AI to move projects faster as a force multiplier and apply human judgment to validate outputs, maintain data integrity, and take full ownership of any AI-assisted work product.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience owning executive-level, sometimes difficult, conversations with client stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently across overlapping time zones, with schedule flexibility to overlap US West Coa
